We're here to help you get the most out of Still.
How to use Still
Open the app, complete a quick onboarding to identify your introvert type, then choose a social scenario you're facing. You'll receive personalized guidance, breathing exercises, and grounding techniques to help you navigate the moment with confidence.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Still works entirely on your device with no sign-up required. Your preferences and quiet wins are stored locally on your phone.
Is my data private?
Yes. All your personal data — including your introvert type, faith preference, and quiet wins — is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or share any personal information on our servers.
How does the AI guidance work?
When you select a social scenario, the app sends your introvert type and scenario choice to generate personalized guidance. No personal data is stored server-side. If AI is unavailable, the app provides helpful pre-written guidance instead.
What is the faith-based option?
During onboarding, you can optionally enable faith-based encouragement. This weaves gentle, scripture-inspired phrases into your guidance. It's entirely optional and can be toggled on or off at any time in Settings.
Can I change my introvert type later?
Yes. Go to Settings to update your introvert type or toggle the faith-based option at any time.
What is Quick Calm?
Quick Calm is the floating button on the home screen. Tap it for an instant grounding technique — perfect for moments when you need to calm down quickly without navigating through the app.
